Call Center SolutionsOur Call Center is a highly scaleable, yet affordable solution that allows agents to handle a large volume of incoming or outgoing calls. Agents can be located anywhere in the world, and are connected by the Internet or local network to the Call Center servers. Each Call Center server supports up to 75 simultaneous conversations, and can terminate up to 8 T1 lines. Multiple servers can be deployed to scale to higher capacities and call volumes. Outbound CapabilitiesContact centers can create or modify outbound calling campaigns.
